What services do you offer?

Crystal G Creative provides done-for-you digital marketing services, including:

  • Video content

  • SEO blog writing

  • Monthly and bundled content services

  • Launch and promotional content

All services are digital and custom-created for each client.

What’s the difference between your service categories?

  • Social Media Content: One-time or bulk social media posts delivered ready-to-post.

  • Monthly Content Packages: Ongoing content creation delivered weekly for consistent visibility.

  • Launch Bundles: Short-term promotional content designed to support a specific launch, sale, or announcement.

Each category is designed for a different business goal.

Do you handle posting and scheduling?

Posting and scheduling are not included by default, unless explicitly stated in the service description.

Posting and scheduling may be purchased as an add-on for select services. When included, content is scheduled to agreed-upon platforms during the defined service period.

If posting is not included, all content is delivered ready-to-post.

Will you need access to my accounts?

We will never ask for your login or password information.

If posting or scheduling services are purchased, access is provided using official platform features such as collaborator, admin, or editor roles. Most social media platforms allow you to invite collaborators to manage content without sharing sensitive credentials.

This allows you to grant or revoke access at any time and keeps your accounts secure.

Whether you choose Crystal G Creative or another provider, never share your login credentials, as doing so may result in losing access to your account.

How long does delivery take?

  • Most services are delivered within up to 7 business days after receiving required information

  • Monthly services are delivered weekly, not all at once

  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, based on availability

Delivery timelines begin once all onboarding details are received.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes. Reasonable revisions are included based on the service purchased.

Revisions apply to refinements within the original scope and direction. Full redesigns or scope changes may require additional fees.

Can I request a refund?

Because all work is custom and digital, refunds are only available if no work has begun.

Once any work has started, services are non-refundable. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Are results guaranteed?

No. Crystal G Creative does not guarantee specific results, including engagement, follower growth, leads, sales, or website traffic.

Marketing outcomes vary based on industry, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and factors outside our control.

Can I post preview or draft content?

No. Previews, drafts, and mockups are provided for review purposes only and are not approved for posting or sharing.

Final content is delivered after review or approval, as outlined in the service description.

Who is responsible for checking for errors?

Clients are responsible for reviewing content for accuracy, spelling, grammar, brand details, and links before approval or posting.

Crystal G Creative is not responsible for errors present in approved content.

Do you work with businesses outside Orlando?

Yes. Services are provided remotely to clients nationwide, though Crystal G Creative is based in Orlando.
