Client Responsibilities

By purchasing services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to complete the work

  • Review all content, drafts, and previews carefully

  • Confirm accuracy of spelling, grammar, branding, links, and details

It is the client’s responsibility to review content for errors or omissions before approving or posting. Crystal G Creative is not responsible for errors that were present in approved content.

Previews & Draft Content

Any previews, drafts, mockups, or samples provided are for review purposes only.

  • Preview content is not intended for posting, publishing, or sharing

  • Preview content may contain temporary text, placeholder elements, or watermarks

  • Posting or distributing preview content without written approval is prohibited

Final delivery occurs only after approval or completion as outlined in the service description.

Timelines & Delivery

Standard delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Most services are delivered within up to 7 business days after required content and direction are received

  • Monthly services are planned in advance and delivered weekly, not all at once

  • Rush delivery, when available, is subject to additional fees and availability

Crystal G Creative is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed feedback, or third-party platforms.

Revisions

Revisions are limited based on the service purchased.

  • Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the service description

  • Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees

  • Revisions do not include complete redesigns or changes to approved direction

Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment is required in full before work begins unless part of a monthly subscription

  • Monthly services are billed in advance

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

  • All services are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Monthly services may be canceled for future billing periods only

  • No refunds are issued for partially completed work

Crystal G Creative does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Sales, leads, or revenue

Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, and industry conditions.

Intellectual Property

  • Final delivered content becomes the client’s property after full payment

  • Crystal G Creative retains the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes

Clients are responsible for ensuring all provided materials comply with copyright and usage laws.

Third-Party Platforms

Crystal G Creative is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or technical errors

  • Algorithm changes or feature removals

  • Account restrictions, suspensions, or content removal by third-party platforms

All third-party services operate under their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Crystal G Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Crystal G Creative’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered

This applies regardless of the cause of action, including but not limited to contract, negligence, or other claims.

Termination

Crystal G Creative reserves the right to refuse or terminate services for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or inappropriate conduct. Refunds, if applicable, will follow the Refund Policy.

Modifications to Terms
