Shipping & Delivery Policy

Crystal G Creative provides digital services and digital deliverables only. No physical products are shipped.

Digital Delivery

All services and deliverables are provided digitally through one or more of the following methods:

  • Email delivery

  • Secure download link sent via email

  • Access to shared folders or documents

  • Scheduling or posting directly to social media accounts (when posting services are purchased)

Delivery method depends on the service purchased and will be communicated during the project.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery timelines are outlined in individual service descriptions

  • Most services are delivered within up to 7 business days after receiving all required content, assets, and direction

  • Monthly services are planned in advance and delivered weekly, not all at once

  • Rush delivery, when available, may be purchased for an additional fee

Crystal G Creative is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, or third-party platforms.

Delivery Confirmation

Digital delivery is considered complete when:

  • Content is sent to the email address provided at checkout, or

  • Access is granted to shared files or folders, or

  • Content is scheduled or posted to agreed-upon social media accounts (if posting is included)

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all contact information and access details provided are accurate.

No Physical Shipping

Crystal G Creative does not ship physical products.
As a result:

  • No shipping fees apply

  • No tracking numbers are provided

Failed or Missed Delivery

If digital delivery fails due to incorrect contact information or access issues provided by the client, Crystal G Creative is not responsible for delivery delays. Updated information must be provided to complete delivery.
