Digital Services & Custom Work

Due to the nature of digital services and custom creative work, all sales are considered final once work has begun.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only if no work has started on the order.
If a refund is approved prior to work beginning, it will be issued minus a non-refundable processing fee to cover administrative and transaction costs.

Once any work has started, including but not limited to planning, research, design, writing, editing, or scheduling, refunds will not be provided.

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable once initiated:

  • Social media content creation

  • Video creation or editing

  • Blog writing or SEO services

  • Monthly content packages

  • Launch or promotional bundles

  • Any custom or personalized work

Subscription & Monthly Services

Monthly services may be canceled for future billing cycles by providing written notice prior to the next billing date.

  • No refunds are issued for partially completed months

  • Content already created or scheduled during an active billing period remains non-refundable

Crystal G Creative provides creative and marketing services only.
We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Increased engagement

  • Follower growth

  • Leads or sales

  • Website traffic

  • Search engine rankings

Results vary based on industry, platform algorithms, audience behavior, and factors outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

Crystal G Creative is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages or algorithm changes

  • Account restrictions, suspensions, or content removal by third-party platforms

  • Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages

  • Decisions made by clients based on provided content

By purchasing services, you acknowledge that marketing outcomes are not guaranteed and that Crystal G Creative’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
